| Where Blind Spots Become Breakthroughs |

Take the Quiz!

Depth-informed coaching to help high achievers uncover the hidden patterns, beliefs, and early experiences that quietly shape how they show up, lead, and pursue what they want. Together, we identify what’s blocking your growth and build the systems, habits, and mindset practices that create lasting and sustainable success.

What is a Blindspot?

A blind spot is an area of our inner world we can’t easily see; a pattern, belief, or emotional wound that operates outside of our conscious awareness but quietly shapes how we think, feel, and act.

These blind spots often form from early experiences and protective strategies we once needed to feel safe or accepted. Over time, they can become barriers to growth, causing self-sabotage, perfectionism, avoidance, or burnout.

Bringing these hidden dynamics into awareness is the first step toward meaningful change — because we can’t transform what we can’t see.

What does “Depth-Informed” mean?

Depth psychology informs my work by shifting the focus from surface-level behavior change to the unconscious patterns and emotional roots driving those behaviors.

Rather than only addressing habits or mindset, I help clients explore the deeper architecture of the self — the early experiences, internalized narratives, and protective strategies that shape how they relate to achievement, failure, and self-worth.

When someone struggles with inconsistency, burnout, or self-sabotage, our work isn’t just about new strategies; it’s about understanding why those patterns exist and what fears or needs they may be protecting.

“The bridge between where you are, and where you want to be, is in making the unconscious, conscious”
