Discipline Dojo

“30 days to Turn Intention into Execution”

Starts 1/2/26

The Discipline Dojo

The Discipline Dojo is a 4-week accountability-based group coaching experience designed for individuals who want to stop numbing, start building, and develop the skill of disciplined follow-through. The intention of this group is twofold: to support participants in intentionally abstaining from a habit or behavior that is keeping them stuck such as mindless scrolling, procrastination, or other numbing patterns, and to provide structure, accountability, and education to help them replace those habits with healthier routines focused on building something new. Participants are encouraged to choose a meaningful focus for the four weeks, whether that is a new habit, a personal project, or learning a new skill, and will be supported in directing their time and attention toward intentional action rather than avoidance.

Week 1: Awareness and Commitment
In the first week, participants will identify the habits and behaviors they are intentionally abstaining from, clarify their personal goals for the four weeks, and learn the foundations of habit formation and behavior change. This week focuses on awareness, understanding how numbing behaviors function, and setting realistic, sustainable commitments. Participants will establish their accountability systems and define what success looks like for them during the program.

Week 2: Structure and Systems
Week two focuses on building structure to support follow-through. Participants will learn how to design their environment, routines, and systems in a way that reduces reliance on motivation and increases consistency. This includes working with executive functioning skills such as planning, initiation, and follow-through, as well as reducing friction around new habits and increasing boundaries around behaviors they are abstaining from.

Week 3: Focus, Discipline, and Momentum
In week three, the focus shifts to strengthening discipline and sustaining momentum. Participants will learn how attention, dopamine, and focus impact their ability to follow through, and how to work with resistance, discomfort, and avoidance without abandoning their goals. This week emphasizes building focus, practicing deep work, and learning how to stay consistent even when motivation is low.

Week 4: Integration and Forward Planning
The final week is focused on reflection, integration, and long-term planning. Participants will review what they have learned about themselves, their habits, and their capacity for discipline, and create a plan to continue building beyond the four weeks. This includes identifying what helped them succeed, anticipating future challenges, and establishing a sustainable path forward so progress does not end when the group does.

  • This reflects a 50% reduction from standard group coaching rates

  • Pricing is intentionally set to support accessibility while maintaining accountability and commitment

Expected Outcomes, ROI, and Measures of Progress

The Discipline Dojo is designed to create tangible, observable change in how participants use their time, attention, and energy. Over the four weeks, participants intentionally reduce or abstain from a habit or behavior that has been keeping them stuck and redirect that reclaimed attention toward building something new. Progress is measured through both behavioral outcomes and internal shifts in self-leadership and follow-through, ensuring participants experience a meaningful return on their investment.

Participants can expect outcomes such as:

  • Reduced frequency and duration of the identified numbing habit or behavior

  • Increased consistency with a chosen habit, project, or skill

  • Improved ability to initiate tasks and follow through on commitments

  • Stronger focus and fewer attention-based distractions

  • Increased confidence and trust in their ability to execute plans

Key performance indicators and ROI may include:

  • Number of days abstaining from or significantly reducing the targeted habit

  • Number of days the new habit, project, or skill is practiced

  • Completion of planned focus or work sessions

  • Self-reported improvements in discipline, focus, and follow-through

  • Reclaimed hours per week previously lost to numbing or avoidance behaviors

The long-term return on investment extends beyond the four-week container, as participants leave with practical systems and tools that can be reused to support future goals, habits, and seasons of growth.
